What are the challenges that ministry lifestyles present to healthy patterns of eating, drinking and exercise?
There seem to be many factors that result in people across the caring professions struggling to maintain a good diet, slipping into worrying drinking patterns, eroding fitness levels, putting on weight, etc.
Do you: find yourself too busy to shop or cook, get pressed for cake at every turn, drink more than you think might be good for you (either to socialise or alone to try and unwind or sleep)? Do you yo-yo with your weight and worry about diabetes, joints, etc?
Would you like to share your story on successes and/or struggles, tips and resources in any of these areas? What helps and what hinders? This is our 'HubStorm' topic in the Hub for June/July 2017. Plenty of other great topics too.
