Many Faiths. One Union. Community is a fast-growing and professional union. The union's Faith Workers' Branch has grown each and every year since its creation almost ten years ago. It is open to all those who work for a faith community and whilst its membership is mainly Christian in character it also includes those from both the Jewish and Muslim traditions. The Branch is there to support those who spend their working lives in supporting others. It offers up to date legal advice and guidance on professional matters and can represent and support members should the same prove necessary. The Branch 'gets' faith and the deep, strong, sense of vocation and calling which members have and hold. That is why we never ask member to take action which they consider is injurious to their faith tradition. Our approach is always, thoughtful considered and member-led. Our faith defines who we are, and what we do and the Branch is always deeply respectful of the same.
